CAVA CHARACTERISTICS
Family artisanal cava, made using traditional method and manually stirred.
Aged for months in our cellars before being disgorged.
Made from Chardonnay (50%), Macabeu, Xarel.lo and Parellada varieties.
Our cava is 100% natural, with no added expedition liqueur or sugar.
Àngel Cupatge Reserva is the perfect cava for:
- Bringing to a dinner with friends
- Drinking while looking at the sky on a lost beach
- Enjoying with seafood on a boat
TASTING NOTES ÀNGEL CUPATGE RESERVA CAVA
Clean and bright to the eye, with a fine pinkish color and a good crown.
Pleasant to the nose, of medium intensity, with fruity aromas, slightly ripe or baked apple.
Touches of bakery and creamy brioche. Complex and elegant aroma.
On the palate, it is a fresh and balanced cava, with medium density.
The carbonic is well-integrated with a fine, fruity bubble, slight notes of white flower, and a well-integrated acidity.
It is a very fine and elegant cava that will have good maturity. It pairs well with appetizers and is a great way to start a meal:
With good ham, foie dishes – where it will be great to balance the fat of the foie and provide freshness – and with lightly cooked grilled fish and seafood.
Serving temperature of 6 to 8º C. Bottle of 75cl, 11.5%.
