This amazing rosé cava has been created using the traditional method and has been manually stirred. It has rested for months in our cellars before being disgorged. Made with Pinot Noir, Garnacha, and Trepat grapes, our cava is 100% natural, without any added expedition liquor or sugar. Àngel Noir Rosat is the perfect cava for:

TASTING NOTES ÀNGEL NOIR ROSAT CAVA
This cava has a medium intensity cherry-red color with fine bubbles, a good crown, and is clean and bright to the eye. It has a medium intensity, pleasant and mature aroma, fruity (ripe strawberries, candy), and with light dairy notes. It has a good entry in the mouth, is pleasant, medium density, round, and balanced, with a tasty flavor of red fruits. The carbonic is fine and elegant, very well integrated.
This rosé cava can be enjoyed with an entire meal, from appetizers to main courses. It has power and structure and is ideal for dishes such as cod with roasted vegetables or sobrasada, salmon tartare, meats with cheese sauces, grilled artichokes, swordfish, or pork with prunes, and as dessert with strawberries and dark chocolate.
Serving temperature: 6-8ºC. Bottle size: 75cl, 11.5% alcohol by volume.
