The General Contract Conditions regulate the remote sales relationship between ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL and the user or client, in accordance with legal provisions, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contract Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the current regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Organization, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL reserves the right to make modifications that it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Contract Conditions. Such modifications may be made through its websites, by any legally permissible means, and shall be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, specific Contract Conditions that take precedence over these General Contract Conditions when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.

The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
Likewise, you can subscribe to the newsletter to receive offers of these products or general information that may be of interest.
As a user or customer, you expressly declare to know, understand, and accept the terms of use and these general contracting conditions. Similarly, you declare to be of legal age and have the necessary legal and contractual capacity to access the ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL websites and to contract through them.

Warranties

Prices

All products indicate the sale price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
If any other tax is applicable, it will be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).

Delivery and shipping costs

ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL makes deliveries to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Europe.
The minimum order is 6 bottles. Delivery costs are free for the Peninsula. For deliveries to the islands or outside of Spain, shipping costs will be variable and upon request.In any case, the customer will be able to see the corresponding shipping costs before making the purchase, and the corresponding invoice will detail the costs related to the contracted service.
For orders within the Peninsula, ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of 4 days, starting from the day following the order.
Payment methods and order execution
The customer can pay the amount of their order by choosing any of the following methods. During the purchase process, they must indicate their choice:

• VISA or MASTERCARD credit card

All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) standard security technology. All the information that you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.
Likewise, data about your credit card is entered directly on the bank’s page, on the TPV (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank), and is not entered or registered on any server of ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL.
When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
This form of payment is valid only on the web.
If the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the provider’s and the cardholder’s accounts will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase has been effectively made by the cardholder and the demand for refund is not a consequence of exercising the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, has improperly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder will be liable to ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL for damages caused as a result of such cancellation.

• Bank transfer

By selecting bank transfer, you will receive an email with the bank details of ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL along with the confirmation of your order.
It is very important that when making the transfer, you indicate the order number in the subject, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the date of order confirmation to validate it.

Please note that payment must be made in EUROS and that any exchange and bank commissions are borne by you.
In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer, you always communicate to your bank to take care of the commissions at origin, those bank commissions, and expenses corresponding to your entity. If not, ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL may stop sending your order as it will not receive the full amount.
Any possible exchange and bank commissions are the responsibility of the customer.
The availability of the products offered by ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be sold out at that time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL will notify the customer by email as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this communication will not exceed 30 days. ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL may offer the double option of supplying the customer, without price increase, a product of similar characteristics or higher quality, or, unless justified and demonstrable reasons are provided by ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL within this same period, refund the amounts paid for the canceled order. If ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL does not make this refund within the specified period, the buyer may claim to be paid twice the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to be compensated.

Right of withdrawal, returns, and complaints

The buyer will have a period of fourteen natural days to exercise their right of withdrawal, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.

Returns

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid problems during transportation, we ask that you ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check their condition. As soon as we verify that both the article(s) and possible components, accessories, promotional gifts, and documentation are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid.

Refund of payment:

In the event of unjustified delay by ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL in returning the amounts paid, the customer may claim twice the amount paid, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for damages suffered in excess of said amount.
Return of defective product:
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to this are not the result of the customer’s actions, the customer shall have the right to return the product, informing ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these terms and conditions, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product shall not be considered a right of withdrawal. ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Jurisdiction:

Likewise, ASOCIADIS DE INVERSIONES SL reserves the right to take civil or criminal action that it deems appropriate for the misuse of its website and content or for non-compliance with these conditions. The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the current regulations applicable in Spanish territory. In the event of any controversy, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
